Mr Prakash had started his carrier on 1999 as CSSD technician by working in different leading hospital and also, he had attended many training programs like sterilization methods, infection control, ISO lead auditors, NABH requirements on CSSD, also got good appreciation certificate and awards with working management
Also, he had introduce CSSD technician in house training program which is helped many young people for their carriers
